In 1997 the first company of the GIGARON group was founded. The focus of the company’s activities in recent years has been on the construction of houses in the area of Chemnitz, Germany. These houses were individually planned by the architects and most of them built as turnkey projects. In the area of Chemnitz, numerous construction sites were developed and built on, so that around 200 houses, mainly with a contemporary architectural design, could be produced.
In the last few years, due to the changed market situation, the focus shifted to the planning and construction of apartment buildings in Chemnitz . Two projects have already been delivered.
Another important activity is the construction of holiday apartments on the island of Usedom in the seaside resorts of Ahlbeck and Heringsdorf (Baltic Sea). The company GIGARON has been active here with its project companies since 2008. In recent years, nine individual projects with a total of 92 residential units were completed and handed over to the buyers.
