After more than 20 years of experience in the construction of apartments and houses in Germany, the GIGARON Group from Chemnitz (Germany) has established in January 2018 a branch office in Mallorca (Spain). The company GIGARON SPAIN S.L. with headquarters in Santa Ponsa specializes in the project development, refurbishing and construction of luxury properties in the desirable Southwest of Mallorca between Palma and Puerto de Andratx. We pay attention to and include the local architecture as well as high-quality construction and equipment. As a construction company with many years of experience and with good local partners, we stand for professionalism and reliability as well as a personal and friendly contact with our customers. The managing partners of GIGARON SPAIN S.L. are Olaf Pfeifer and John van Eenennaam. Olaf Pfeifer, real estate specialist and managing director of the GIGARON Group, has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry and has been using Mallorca as a second home since 2012. John van Eenennaam has lived in Mallorca since 1991 and has been working as a real estate broker in the Southwest of Mallorca since 2005.
