After more than 20 years of experience in the construction of apartments and houses in Germany, the GIGARON group from Chemnitz, Germany, founded a sister company in Mallorca, Spain, in 2018.

We specialize in the development of projects, renovation, and construction of luxury properties in the desirable southwest of Mallorca, between Palma and Puerto de Andratx. Respecting and incorporating local architecture, we pay close attention to high-quality construction.

We develop our projects independently or together with international investors who wish to take advantage of the attractive profitability opportunities in the Mallorca real estate market.

Since 2010, he has considered Mallorca his second home, providing him with in-depth, first-hand knowledge of the local market, its particularities, and opportunities. His leadership combines technical expertise with a personalized approach, focused on delivering high-quality solutions for both clients and investors, thereby consolidating the group's reputation as a benchmark in luxury real estate development in the southwest of the island.

John van Eenennaam

He has lived in Mallorca since 1991, which has allowed him to gain an in-depth understanding of the island, its culture, and its unique characteristics. Since 2005, he has worked as a real estate agent specializing in the southwest of Mallorca, one of the most exclusive and sought-after areas in the market. Thanks to his extensive experience and deep local knowledge, he provides personalized and expert advice, helping national and international clients find the ideal property, whether for permanent residence, vacation, or investment.
